The West Reading Fire Department has five Company Officers, four Relief Association Officers and six Fire Line Officers. The Company Officers are responsible for the day-to-day business functions of the Fire Department and any non-fire related business that must be undertaken. Those officers are as follows:
President: Michael Cardell
Vice President: Ruth Cardell
Secretary: Chad Moyer
Treasurer: Jason Ganster
Business Manager: William W. Zimmerman
Webmaster: Thomas P. Kupiszewski, Jr.
The Relief Association is responsible for overseeing the proper expenditure of state tax money allocated to the volunteer fire departments of the state, including ours, each year. The state mandates that the money can only be spent for specific purposes, and it is the job of each fire company's Relief Association to regulate that.

The Fire Line Officers are responsible for operations at any emergency incidents, along with the direct responsibility of the fire apparatus, firefighting equipment, firefighter training, and any other fire-related actions. The Fire Line Officers are as follows:
