Friday, February 3, 2012 0042 Early in the morning hours Friday we responded to a single car MVA at 8th and Penn Ave reported to be with possible ejection.  We arrived to find that the driver of the vehicle had exited the vehicle prior to arrival of Police units and fire, but was not ejected.  We applied oil dry to fluids that were down and awaited the tow company.  Fire Police also closed down Penn Ave eastbound for approximately 1/2 hour.
