Wednesday, December 7, 2011 1939 hrs R-64 was dispatched to a home in the 300 block of Franklin Street for a flooded basement.  We arrived to find about 12" of water in the basement caused by the sidewalk being removed by a contractor.  While we were on location, Shawn from Berks County Photography snapped this picture of firefighter Ronald Adams.  If you are interested in Shawn's work, check his website at www.berkscountyphotography.com.
